- 500 ml of tomato paste.
- 1 bunch of dill, parsley and coriander.
- 3 large or 4 small garlic.
- 2 tbsp. l. salt.
- 2 tsp vinegar.
- 100 g Sahara.
- half a glass of vegetable oil.
Adjika cooking process:
- The preparatory stage includes washing vegetables under running water. After that, let them dry so that excess water does not get into the dish.
- We prepare the meat grinder. It will help grind all the ingredients so that the finished mass is as homogeneous as possible. A more modern version of kitchen appliances - a blender is also great for this purpose. It is worth noting that the mass of vegetables passed through a meat grinder turns out to be more puree.
