- At the bottom of the pit, a layer of sand of 20 cm is tamped, and then a layer of crushed stone of 40 cm. In tires, it is necessary to increase the inner diameter. Having retreated 5 cm from the protector, the ring is cut out. The knife is greased with oil or soap to make it easier to do it yourself. The reinforcing fibers are nibbled with nippers.
