The surface of Ali Baba peppers is smooth, with a slight glossy sheen. In technical maturity, it is colored light green. As it ripens, the color of the fruit changes first to orange and then to dark red. This variety has an average flesh thickness, as a rule, up to 5 - 6 mm. It tastes juicy sweet and has a light peppery aroma.
Ali Baba is an early ripening variety. Its fruits reach their technical maturity in 100 days from the appearance of the first shoots. At the same time, the variety is distinguished by increased productivity and good immunity to many diseases.
