We will prepare the brine from 1 liter of pure water, 50 grams of granulated sugar and 150 grams of coarse salt.

Remove the top leaves from the heads of cabbage and finely chop the cabbage.
Wash the pepper thoroughly, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into thin strips.
We sort out unripe tomatoes, wash, cut into slices of equal size.
Mix vegetables in one saucepan, salt, sprinkle with ground pepper. We put an inverted plate on top and bend.
Cover with a clean cloth and let it ferment for 12 hours at room temperature.
