  4. Spread the prepared onion in a preheated pan and lightly fry until golden brown.
  5. Add mushrooms and fry, stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes.

There is no need to add special seasonings to chanterelles, just add salt and pepper.

  • 400 g frozen chanterelles;
  • large onion;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 100-200 ml cream;
  • a couple of teaspoons of flour;
  • half a glass of boiling water;
  • salt and pepper.

For cooking, you need a stewpan or deep frying pan. The process is carried out as follows:

  1. Peel and wash the onion.
  2. Finely chop the vegetable and fry it in butter until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms and stir fry all together.
  4. Pepper and salt right away, then add flour, its amount depends on how thick the sauce is to be obtained in the end.
  5. Boiling water is introduced in a thin stream with constant stirring.
  6. As soon as the mixture boils, cream is introduced; it is not worth boiling the dish with this ingredient.

The prepared sauce is served with potatoes, baked meat, fish, or used as a separate dish.

Frozen chanterelle stew

There are different ways to cook fresh frozen chanterelles, one of the exquisite options is stew. Its taste can be changed depending on what kind of wine will be used.

So, in 20-30 minutes of being in the kitchen, a real delicacy will turn out to be on the table, step by step it looks like this:

  1. In a deep frying pan or saucepan, melt a tablespoon with a slide of butter, in which 4 shallots and a clove of garlic are fried until golden brown.
  2. Add frozen mushrooms in an amount of 300 g, evaporate excess liquid over high heat, and then gild them slowly.
  3. At this point, it is just advisable to pour in 150 g of dry white wine and boil for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Next, pour in a glass of vegetable broth and stew until the volume is halved.
  5. Add 200 g of heavy cream and bring to a boil over low heat.
  6. Peel off a large tomato, cut into cubes and add to an almost finished stew, boil for 8-10 minutes. Salt, pepper and add spices to taste.

Before serving, the dish is allowed to brew for 5-7 minutes, chopped parsley or dill is added to each plate. You can cook dishes in pots, for this each portion is additionally placed in the oven for 5-7 minutes before serving.

Frozen chanterelle casserole

Next, you need a baking dish, grease it with butter, sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs and spread the potato mass in a layer of 2-3 cm. Pour stewed mushrooms with onions on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

To prepare this dish, you will need ready-made yeast or puff pastry, mushrooms fried with onions. Then everything will happen as follows:

  • the yeast dough is disassembled into small balls and allowed to come up a little;
  • each ball is slightly rolled out, a tablespoon of filling is placed in the middle;
  • the edges are pinched and turned over with the seam down;
  • allow to come up a little, and at the same time preheat the oven;
